Shipping policy

All items are sent from our main store at 5 Berte Ward Way NR19 1TE

All orders are processed within one to two business day (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has been sent. 

Domestic Delivery Rates and Estimates

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

For simple flat rate shipping: We offer £6.99 flat rate delivery across the UK. Order over £75 qualify for free delivery.  

International Shipping

At this time, we only deliver across the United Kingdom and most of europe. An international delivery charge will be applied at checkout.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order on your selected delivery date, please contact us at gardenpreserves@gardenpreserves.co.uk with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
